William A. Gardner, M.D.
Pathologist with the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Gardner is also executive director of the American Registry of Pathology.


John W. Lowe, M.P.A.
President and CEO, The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. Mr. Lowe served in several capacities in the military, including chief of staff of the 7th Medical Command, U.S. Army Europe, which provided health care to more than 500,000 U.S. military health beneficiaries throughout Europe.

William P Madigan, COL MC USA (Ret.)
Vice Chairman, Department of Ophthalmology, Children’s National Medical Center, An alumnus of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Dr. Madigan retired from the U.S. Army in 2004 as chief of ophthalmology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and consultant to the Surgeon General for ophthalmology.


Lois M. Meszaros, Ph.D.
Professor of Psychology at McDaniel College, Westminster, Maryland. Dr. Meszaros is also treasurer for the Baltimore Psychological Association.


The Honorable Lawrence C. Mohr, M.D.
Professor of Medicine, Biometry and Epidemiology and director of the Environmental Biosciences Program at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Mohr was presented the Erskine Award as the most outstanding resident in his class. He subsequently served as the chief medical resident at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
