The Friends of the Uniformed Services University aim to:
* Promote The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and military medicine;
* Attract personnel into the Uniformed Services Medical University;
* Bring goodwill to our troops and the awareness that we as a country are behind their sacrifices;
* Help to educate the American public about what military medicine is all about, with the main purpose of attracting future candidates to become physicians and nurses in the military.
